Background/History:
Thirty plus years ago, a space mercenary from the planet Ultra crash landed on
the Earth in the Carolinas. While repairing his ship, a young woman named Pam
Kimball stumbled across him. Fearing that she would alert the authorities, he
locked her in his ship. Because she was attractive, he had his way with her.
Once his ship was fixed which took about ten days, he let her go and left. She
was mentally scarred by the whole incident and gained a huge dislike and
distrust toward men. That mentality was passed on to her daughter. From her
father, Rose got strength which became super strength as she grew older. While
only the royal family of Ultra was genetically engineered to create powers on
the scale of Mystery Man and Brickhouse, the average Ultranian was still
formidable next to humans and, for some reason, the mix here was very potent.
Rose stopped growing at a height of seven feet. She had quite an attitude, a
dislike of men, and prodigious strength. She was in trouble with the law from an
early age, but kept her strength a secret. Eventually, however, she ended up in
a jail cell in Miami with no legal ID and no intention of getting any. She
simply smashed through the wall and escaped into the underworld where she built
a reputation as a brick for hire.
Personality/Motivations:
Amazon likes to show off, when necessary, and likes living the easy life after
her poor, single parent childhood. Her tendency is to do a big job with a decent
payday and lay low, making her difficult to catch. She is very loyal to her
employers and has a very good reputation in those circles.
